Computer Hardware and Software Problems and Solutions

How To Solve A Computer Hardware Problem
Use device manager by pressing the Windows Key+R and typing in devmgmt.msc and pressing Enter. The device manager will show you all of your computer's hardware components. Expand all of the pluses and look for any yellow flags and/or question marks that indicate a hardware problem. Try disabling devices and then re-enabling them to see if this fixes your problem. Also, please check all the things CONNECTED to the hardware. For instance, check for loose and improperly plugged in cables, a sufficient supply of electricity to whatever it is you're running, and that both ends of a cable are plugged in tightly. You can also contact tech support in regards to the hardware (articles on Tech Support coming soon), or you can just try repairing the broken piece of hardware yourself or buying a new hardware   .

How To Solve Software Problems

-Get a faster and newer computer if your current computer still has any edition of Windows older than Windows 2000.

-Contact the software's documentation for help, or the software developer's website or tech support agents.

-Make sure that the program is updated and read the program's "readme".

-Repair/modify/uninstall and then reinstall the program to potentially fix any software problems you may have with the program.(via)
